Suggested Course Sequence: A Four-Year Plan

At least 97 total and 47 upper-division credits are required for the BS in Chemistry major. This course sequence is meant to be used as a guideline. Consult with your faculty advisor or academic counselor about modifying this plan to meet your needs, and to reflect any coursework you have already completed prior to enrolling at SPU.

Competencies Exploratory Curriculum (EC)	Complete elementaryforeign language,if requirement was not fulfilled in high school. Complete ENG 2201, if required.

Competencies Exploratory Curriculum (EC)	Complete elementaryforeign language,if requirement was not fulfilled in high school.			AHA, AHB, SSA, SSB, NSA (Choose one depending on competency courses required.)

Other	Apply for admission to the major once a minimum 2.5 GPA has been successfully achieved in SPU Chemistry courses.			Electives to reach at least 90 credits if needed
