FOOD AND NUTRITIONAL SCIENCES – FOOD AND NUTRITION EMPHASIS
Suggested Course Sequence: A Four-Year Plan

At least 83-117 total and 25 upper-division credits are required for the BS in Family and Consumer Sciences – Food and Nutrition major. This course sequence is meant to be used as a guideline. Consult with your faculty advisor or academic counselor about modifying this plan to meet your needs, and to reflect any coursework you have already completed prior to enrolling at SPU.

Begin or resume foreign language competency courses, if not complete.

Complete ENG 2201, if required.

Unless you are exempt, take the Math Placement Test at least three academic quarters before the term you intend to take Statistics.

AHA, AHB, SSA, SSB (Choose up to two depending on competency courses needed)
Other       Electives to reach at least 45 credits if needed
