Illinois State Council Governing Body
The governing body of the Illinois State Council is to ensure that the council is functioning in a manner that will make disciples of Jesus Christ both Spiritually and Naturally. The governing body is to also ensure that the council is in compliance with the State of Illinois governmental regulations.
